3. Enrolment and Payment Enrolment is completed upon successful payment via our secure payment processor (Stripe). All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Payment is required in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise stated.

4. Course Access Online course access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Access is provided for the individual enrollee only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of misuse or breach of these Terms.

5. Examinations and Certification Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the final examination with a minimum pass mark of 70%. Certificates are issued digitally and carry unique identifiers for verification purposes. DSP reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it is determined that the holder obtained it through dishonest means.

6. Intellectual Property All course content, materials, workbooks, and resources are the intellectual property of Directional Scholars Programs Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability DSP provides training for educational and professional development purposes only. We do not guarantee employment, university partnerships, or specific income outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
