Key Governance Areas In-class training bookings may be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergency with evidence), we may offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion.
Curriculum Development & Review — All course content is developed by industry professionals with direct experience in UK higher education recruitment, compliance, and regulation. The curriculum is reviewed regularly to reflect changes in legislation, policy, and best practice.
Assessment Integrity — All assessments are designed to test applied knowledge and professional competence. The exam system uses randomised question selection and timed conditions to ensure fairness and prevent academic misconduct.
Certification Standards — Certificates are issued only to candidates who meet all published requirements. Each certificate is uniquely numbered and registered in the DSP verification system for public authenticity checking.
