Certified Agent Agreement
The commitments made by every DSP-certified education agent upon receiving certification.
Upon receiving DSP certification, all certified agents agree to uphold the following professional commitments. These commitments form the foundation of the DSP Certified Agent Agreement and are designed to protect the integrity of the certification, the interests of students, and the reputation of the profession.
-
Agent Commitments
-
Accuracy & Honesty — I will provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable information to all students, institutions, and stakeholders. I will never misrepresent qualifications, outcomes, or institutional relationships.
-
Ethical Recruitment — I will follow ethical recruitment practices at all times, placing the student's best interests above commercial considerations. I will never guarantee admission, visa outcomes, or financial aid.
-
Compliance Adherence — I will maintain awareness of and comply with all relevant UK regulations, including UKVI rules, GDPR requirements, QAA standards, and institutional policies. I will not provide immigration advice unless separately qualified.
-
Professional Standards — I will conduct myself professionally in all interactions and uphold the reputation of the DSP certification. I will engage in continuous professional development to maintain my knowledge and skills.
-
Document Integrity — I will never create, alter, or submit fraudulent documents. I will verify the authenticity of all student documents before submission and report any suspected fraud to the appropriate authorities.
-

-
Any agent whose certification is revoked will be removed from the Certified Agent Directory and their certificate will be marked as revoked in the verification system.
