Refund Policy

1. Online Courses Online courses carry a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. A full refund will be provided if:
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase
- You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
- You have not attempted the final examination
- If more than 20% of the course has been accessed, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

2. In-Class Training In-class training bookings may be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergency with evidence), we may offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion.

3. Certificates Certificates are non-refundable once issued.

4. How to Request a Refund Email info@dspinstitute.com with your full name, order reference, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 14 business days.

5. Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
